Sincra as a Tidio alternative for a small business website

Sincra is an alternative to Tidio if you want an AI assistant that answers your website visitors and emails you the leads, without running a help desk. Sincra has one plan price and one usage meter. Tidio is a full customer service platform: if you need live chat with your own agents, ticketing, WhatsApp or Instagram, or a free plan, Tidio is the better choice.

How do Sincra and Tidio prices compare?

Prices in US dollars, as shown by each company on October 5, 2026. Tidio's pricing page offers monthly and annual billing; the figures below are the ones it displays.

What counts as one unit of usage?

The two products count different things, so their numbers can't be compared one to one.

In Sincra, each reply the assistant sends to a visitor's message counts as one response. The welcome message, errors and messages sent while you have paused the assistant don't count.

Tidio counts Lyro conversations. Its pricing page defines a Lyro conversation as a customer interaction with at least one reply from the AI agent, and it stays a single conversation however many times Lyro replies. A chat where the assistant replies five times uses five Sincra responses and one Lyro conversation.

What happens when the plan runs out?

Sincra stops answering with AI until the next monthly period and keeps collecting visitors' emails. Your dashboard shows the responses used and warns you before the limit. You are never charged more than your plan.

On Tidio, every account starts with 50 Lyro conversations, and its pricing page says you need a Lyro AI Agent plan for that limit to refresh each month.

When is Tidio the better choice?

  • You want to start on a free plan.
  • Your team answers customers in live chat and needs ticketing, email and a shared inbox with several seats.
  • You need WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.
  • You run a Shopify store and want the assistant to act on orders. Tidio lists native Shopify actions.
  • You want mobile and desktop apps for your agents.
  • You want a product that many companies already use. Sincra is new.

When is Sincra the better choice?

  • You don't have a support team to staff a live chat, and you want the website answered when you can't.
  • You want one price and one meter, with no add-ons and no overage.
  • You want visitors answered from your own pages and files, with links to the pages used.
  • You want leads in your email and in a dashboard, and meetings booked through Cal.com or your own booking link.
  • You want to buy without a sales call and get your money back within 14 days if it doesn't fit.

How do I try Sincra?

Create your account, add your website address and try the assistant on your own content in the simulator before you choose a plan. It goes live on your website once you pick a plan. Create your account or see the pricing.
